ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING
NOVEMBER 15, 2005
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
PRESENT: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Richard Chavez, Lorri Galloway, Bob
Hernandez and Harry Sidhu
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager David Morgan, Assistant City Attorney Cristina Talley, City
Clerk Sheryll Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on November
10, 2005 at the Gity Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting to order at 5:55 P.M. in the Council Chambers of
Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONSIDELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during the joint CouncillRedevelopment
AgencylHousing Authority public comment session related to the Anaheim Housing Authority.
Following public comments, Chairman Pringle recessed the Council session to consider the
Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Chairman Pringle continued Item 5, the Housing Authority 2006 meeting dates to December 6,
2005. Authority Member Hernandez moved to approve the balance of the Consent Calendar,
Item No. 6, seconded by Authority Member Galloway. Roll call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle,
Authority Members: Chavez, Galloway, Hernandez and Sidhu. Noes - 0. Motion carried.
5. RESOLUTION N0. AHA 2005 - 03 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AHA AUTHORITY establishing the days for regular meetings of the Authority for the 2006
calendar year.
Item No. 5 continued to December 6, 2005.
6. Approve minutes of the Authority meeting held June 7, 2005.
Adjournment:
Chairman Pringle adjourned the Anaheim Housing Authority Meeting at 6:00 P.M.
At 6:14 P.M after action taken on Item 26 of the Council Agenda, the 2006 City Council meeting
dates, Chairman Pringle moved to rescind the adjournment of the Housing Authority, and with the
consent of the Authority members, reconvened the Anaheim Housing Authority.

Chairman Pringle then rescinded the action to continue Item No. 5 to the December 6th agenda
and moved to modify the Housinq~ Authority 2006 meeting calendar to reflect City Council June
meeting dates of the 13th and 20t .Authority Member Galloway moved to approve revised
Resolution No. AHA 2005-03.

At 6:14 P.M, with no further business, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Anaheim Housing
Authority.
