I recently read the Climate Action Plan Report Card which reports if each Orange County city has a Climate Action Plan in place to help California achieve its climate pollution goals. I am disappointed to see that Anaheim has no plan. It is imperative that we take action ASAP. We need to do more than electrify our buses. We must heavily invest in walking and biking lanes, invest in public buses and transportation, move towards renewable energy (NOT fossil fuels), encourage the city and everyone within it to move towards drought tolerant lawns, get everyone composting, install rain barrels, etc. Every city needs to step up so we can stop the worsening effects of climate change. California needs to meet its environmental goals. -- Warm Regards, Karen Nguyen 1
