OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the West half of the
West half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B. M., described as follows:
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Del Monte
Drive and Delano Street as shown on a Map of Tract 4230
recorded in Book 243, pages 43 and 44 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County; thence South
89° 43' 52" West 165 feet along the centerline of said
Del Monte Drive to the true point of beginning; thence
North 0 16' 08" West 32 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Northerly and having a radius of 768 feet and
a radial line bearing South 0 16' 08" East passes through
the point of beginning of said curve; thence Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 11° 40' 15"
an arc distance of 156.44 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave Southerly and having a radius of
832 feet, a radial line bearing North 11° 24' 07" East
passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence Northwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 9° 12' 34" an arc distance of 133.72 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having
a radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearing South 2° 11' 33"
West passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence Westerly, Northwesterly and Northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 87° 30' 22" an arc

Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey
said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
