A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
69R -6 GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 2030 TO IN-
CLUDE WAIVER OF MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on January 7, 1969, adopt Resolution No. 69R -6 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 68 49 51,finding and determining that a variance
should be granted as to the property described therein, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
and
WHEREAS, certain waivers were afforded applicant;
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
an additional waiver as to maximum building height; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 2030 be, and it is
hereby, amended by adding the following waiver of the Anaheim
Municipal Code:
(c) A waiver of the maximum height requirements
(Section 18 28.050[5]).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 69R -6 granting Variance No. 2030 shall remain
in full force and effect.'"
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of May, 1969.
