69R-306WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing on March 24, 1969 to consider
the adoption of a Precise Alignment of Sunkist Street between
Ball Road on the north and Howell Avenue on the South as shown
on Exhibit "A" on file in the Development Services Department of
the City of Anaheim and did at said hearing receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing thereupon the Planning
Commission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of
its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing
and a recommendation that the Precise Alignment of Sunkist Street
from Ball Road to,Howeil Avenue in accordance with Exhibit "A"
be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 29th day of
April, 1969 as the time and the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said Precise Alignment of Sunkist Street from Ball Road to Howell
Avenue within the City of Anaheim and did give notice thereof in
a manner and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the Precise Alignment of Sunkist Street from Bali Road on the north
and Howell Avenue on the south, within the City of Anaheim, as shown
on Exhibit "A on file in the Development Services Department,
should be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Precise Alignment of Sunkist Street from
Bali Road on the north and Howell Avenue on the south, in the City
of Anaheim, as shown on Exhibit "A" on file with the City of Anaheim,
Development Services Department, be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed to amend the Circulation Element of the
Streets and Highways on the General Plan Map to conform herewith.
