RESOLUTION NO. 69R -268
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1890 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 67R- 452 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Variance
No. 1890 considered in conjunction with Reclassification No.
66 -67 -75 on July 6th, 1967; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on August 8th, 1967, in
conjunction with Reclassification No. 66 -67 -75 granted Variance
No. 1890 by Resolution No. 67R -452; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on April 21,
1969, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1107 covering the
easterly 180 feet of the property considered under Variance
No. 1890; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on April 21,
1969, terminated all proceedings on Variance No. 1890 because
the plans approved are no longer applicable; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs in the action taken
by the Planning Commission terminating Variance No. 1890 on
the basis that the plans approved under such variance are no
longer applicable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 1890 be terminated
and all proceedings and resolutions be null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of May 1969.
