A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES, INCLUDING UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes, including underground electrical facilities; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THE COVINGTON BROTHERS, a
California corporation; and SAN MARCUS, a Limited Partnership,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes, including underground electrical facilities,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes, including the instal-
lation and maintenance of underground electrical cables, in-
cluding transformers and related facilities under and across
those portions of the West half of the Southeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline
of Dale Avenue with the centerline of Survey of Lincoln Avenue,
as shown on a Parcel Map filed in Book 19, page 8 of Parcel
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
