RESOLUTION NO. 69R -256
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
6859 GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 107.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 2nd day of May,
1961, adopt Resolution No. 6859 granting Conditional Use Permit
No. 107 permitting the establishment of a complete church plant,
consisting of a Church Sunday School and Christian day school
facilities, on the property therein described, subject to certain
conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council pursuant to recommendation
by the Planning Commission does deem it proper to make some
amendments to Conditional Use Permit No. 107; and
WHEREAS, insofar as the following terms of the amend-
ment are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of Reso-
lution No. 6859, the terms and conditions of Resolution No. 6859
shall remain in full force and effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the. City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6859 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 107 be, and the same is hereby amended by the
following terms and conditions:
1. That owner of the subject property shall deed
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 40 feet
in width from the centerline of the street
along East Street, for street widening purpose.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15 per front
foot along East and Cypress Streets, for tree
planting purposes.
3. That, with addition of the aforementioned Condi-
tions 1 and 2, the revised Master Plan marked
Exhibit No. 1, Revision No. 1 and Exhibits
Nos. 2 through 6 as referred to in the City
Council minutes of May 6, 1969, be approved.
4. That a one -year extension of time, to expire
May 5, 1970, be and is hereby allowed for the
completion of all conditions included in the
approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 107
as set out in Resolution No. 6859 and this
Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION js approved and signed
by me this 6th day of May, 1969.
