69R-255WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did. hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to
the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of the
property described in Reclassification Proceedings No. 68 69 71,
and being generally bounded by:
Lincoln Avenue on the North;
Orange Avenue on the South;
Brookhurst Street on the East; and
Gilbert Street on the West.
and comprising approximately eighteen 8) acres, as

shown and described on Exhibit duly approved by said Plan-
ning Commission, and at said hearing did receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing thereon the Planning
Commission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its
findings, a summ :ry of the evidence presented at said hearing, and
a recommendation that said amendment to the General Plan, desig-
nated =s Amendment Noe 112 be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the l tt day of
Hal ri1 1969 as the time and the Council Chamber in the City
of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said proposed Amendment No. 112 to the General Plan and did give
notice thereof in the manner as provided by law;m5goi that said
hearing was continued to April 29, 1969; and
WHEREAS, at the time and pla fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 112 to the General Plan, encompassing the afore-
mentioned and generally described property included within the
proposed mendment to the General Plan, as shown on Exhibit
ui pp duly approved by the City Planning Commission and on
fi in the City P
lanning Department, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 112 to the General
Plan, encompassing the aforementioned and generally described
property, as shown on said Exhibit be, and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed, to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No. 112 herein approved.
