69R-211WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
October 29, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -664 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 68 -69 -22 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 69R -211
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R -664 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 68- 69 -22.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said resolution reads as
"1. That the owner of subject property shall
deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of
land 19 feet in width, being the southerly
19 feet of the northerly 20 feet of subject
property, for alley purposes."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
No. 1 should be amended to provide that the owner of subject
property shall deed to the City a strip of land 10 feet in width
along the northerly boundary line for alley purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
Condition No. 2 of said resolution should be deleted. Said
Condition No. 2 reads as follows:
"2. That the owner of subject property shall
submit to the City of Anaheim an Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication of the northerly one -foot
of subject property for alley purposes, which
offer shall set forth the cost of development
of one -half of the alley parallel to and
abutting said one -foot strip on the south,
and shall be accepted by the City at such
time as said cost is paid by the property
owners to the north of said alley."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does also find that
an additional condition should be added to said resolution,
reading as follows:
"That the owner of subject property shall acquire
access to a standard alley along the west property
line, prior to final building inspection."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an ordinance
has never been adopted directing said change of zones and
completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R -664 in Reclass-
ification Proceedings No. 68 -69 -22 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:

(a) That Conditions No. 1 be, and the same is
hereby amended to read:
"1 That the owner of subject property
shall deed to the City of Anaheim
a strip of land 10 feet in width
along the northerly boundary line

(b That Condition No. 2 off Resolution No.
68R -664 be, and the same is hereby deleted.
(c) That there be, and is hereby added to said
resolution an additional condition reading
as follows: c
"That the owner of subject property shall
acquire access to a standard alley along
the west property line, prior to final
cbuilding. inspection."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R-664 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of April, 1969.
