69R-127WHEREAS, the. City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
October 29, 1968 adopt Resolution No. 68R -663 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 68 -69 -13 finding and determining that the property
and area therein described should be changed from R -A Agricultural
Zone, to R -3, Multiple Family Residential Zone and R -2, Multiple
Family Residential Zone, as more particularly set forth in said
resolution, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
follows:
"1. That a final tract map of subject property
shall be submitted to the City Council for
approval and then recorded in the office
of the Orange County Recorder."
AND WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
that Resolution No. 68R -663 be amended to permit separate zoning
of subject property as each phase of development occurs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request
should be granted and that ordinances reclassifying subject
property should be adopted as each phase of development occurs,
for the parcel of property involved in such phase of development;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zones
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R -663 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 68 -69 -13 be, and the same is hereby, amended
to provide that ordinances reclassifying subject property shall
be adopted as each phase of development occurs, for the particular
parcel involved in such phase of development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R -663 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
