A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
CITY OF FULLERTON, a municipal corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lots 13 and
17, Miles Rancho, as per Map recorded in Book 4,
page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning in the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Tract
1326, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 42, Page
34 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County;
thence South 89 39' 40" West a distance of 10.25
feet; thence South 0° 20' 10" East a distance of
13.68 feet; thence South 15° 22' 07" East a distance
of 191.96 feet; thence North 83° 03' 06" East a
distance of 45.49 feet to the centerline of Harbor
Boulevard; thence North 15° 22' 07" West along the
said centerline of said Harbor Boulevard a distance
of 192.68 feet; thence North 0° 20' 10" West a
distance of 7.74 feet; thence South 89° 39' 40" West
a distance of 34.75 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of March 1969
