A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITYF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility
_urposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer ,:nd purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THOMAS H. WOTKA and GEORGE
H. CAPPS each as to an undivided one a interest as tenants
in common he

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for public

PARCEL ONE:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Westerly 3 feet of the Southerly 75 feet of
Lot 7 and the Westerly 3 feet of the Northerly 80 feet
of Lot 6, Tract 3351, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 110, pages 5, 6, and 7 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for cross arms and electric power line over-
hang pulp oses over and across the Easterly 2 feet of the
Westerly 5 feet of the Southerly 75 feet of Lot 7 and
the Easterly 2 feet of the Westerly 5 feet of the North-
erly 80 feet of Lot 6 of said Tract 3351 mentioned in
Parcel One.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
