A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASgMET DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
Or ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes to wit: An easement for public
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha_s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM UNION HIGH
SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly seven (7) feet of the Westerly 12.25
feet of the following described parcel of land:
That portion of Vineyard Lot E -6, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records
of Los Angeles County, California, bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said
Vineyard Lot E -6, said point also being on the Northerly
prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 13 in Block 1
of the Enterprise Tract, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 4, page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence South 15 22' 05"
East, along the Westerly line of said Enterprise Tract,
579.99 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 14 in Block 2
of said Enterprise Tract; thence South 74° 30' 30" West,
parallel with the South line of said Vineyard Lot E -6
208.00 feet; thence South 63 14' 14" West along the
Northerly line of the strip of land conveyed to the City
of Anaheim for alley purposes by deed recorded May 23, 1924
in Book 524, page 297 of Deeds, records of said Orange
County, 114.81 feet to the Southeast corner of the
parcel of land conveyed to Anaheim School District of
Orange County by deed recorded September 26, 1929 in
Book 314 page 277 of Official Records; thence
South 74 30 30" West parallel with the South line of said
Vineyard Lot E -6, 200.00 feet to the West line of said
Vineyard Lot E -6; thence North -l5 21' 35" West
along said West line of said Vineyard Lot E -6, 401.68
feet; thence North 74 32' 40" East, parallel with the
North line of said Lot E -6, 251.00 feet; thence
North 15 21' 35" West, parallel with the Westerly line
of said Vineyard Lot E -6, 190.85 feet; thence
North 74 32 40" East parallel with the North line of
said Lot E -6, 60.00 feet; thence North 15 21' 35" West,
parallel with the Westerly line of Vineyard
Lot E -6 10.25 feet to the Northerly line of said
Vineyard Lot E -6; thence North 74 T 32' 40" East along
said Northerly line of Lot E -6 209.47 feet to the point
of beginning.
The Easterly five feet of above described public utility
easement will be used for electric power line overhang
purposes only.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner
or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of November 1963.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 63R -887 was

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -887 on the
5th day of November, 1963.
