A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
-CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A PERMIT,
GRANTED BY THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CON
TROL DISTRICT TO THE CITY, TO CONSTRUCT
AND MAINTAIN A COMFORT STATION IN SAID
DISTRICT'S RIGHT OF WAY OF THE GILBERT
RETARDING BASIN.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application ,to the Orange County Flood Control District for
a permit to construct and maintain a comfort station and
appurtenant facilities within said District's right of way
of the Gilbert Retarding Basin; and
WHEREAS, plans

WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District did
submit to the City of Anaheim a form of permit, numbered 19663
on October 29, 1963, to be accepted by the City offering to
grant to the City permission to construct and maintain a
comfort station and appurtenant facilities within said Dis-
trict's right of way of the Gilbert Retarding Basin, as shown
on City of Anaheim Plan No. 5975, and subject to the terms,
covenants, conditions, and agreements therein set forth to
be kept, performed and observed by the City, which permit the
City Council finds would be for the benefit and best interest
of the City and should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the permit of the Orange County
Flood Control District, numbered 19663, submitted to the City
of Anaheim, granting to the City permission to construct and
maintain a comfort station and appurtenant facilities within
said District's right of way of the Gilbert Retarding Basin,
as shown on City of Anaheim Plan No. 5975, and subject to the
terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements set forth in said
permit to be performed and observed by the City of Anaheim,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept said Permit
No. 19663 for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of November 1 9 6 3.
