A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND XUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility roses
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of J AND C DEVELOPMENT CO..

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 32.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Sycamore Street)
of that parcel of land being a portion of Lot 7 of
Anaheim Extension as shown on a Map of Survey made by
William Hamel, acknowledged by Alfred Robinson, Trustee,
and on file in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Sycamore
Street and Placentia Avenue (now known as State College
Boulevard) and running thence South 74 29' 35" West
along said center line of Sycamore Street a distance of
181.15 feet; thence South 0 07' 25" West parallel with
the center line of said Placentia Avenue a distance of
135.70 feet; thence North 74 29' 35" East parallel with
the center line of said Sycamore Street a distance of
181.15 feet to the centerline of said Placentia Avenue;
thence North 0 07' 25" East along the center line
of said Placentia Avenue a distance of 135.70 feet to
the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey
nce of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
