RESOLUTION NO. _L3R_ 935
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of MIRIAM LITTLETON, a

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcel of land:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of the Miles
Rancho, as per Map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 7
of Miscellaneous Maps of said Orange County; thence
South along the East line of said Lot 284.09 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence South 89 57= 22" West
45.00 feet; thence South 0 021 38" East 98.78 feet;
thence North 74 27 44" East to the intersection with
the East line of Lot 5 of said Miles Rancho, said East
line being the center line of Lemon Street; thence
Northerly along said center line to the true point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
