A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTINGA GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to
the center line of Euclid Street) of the North 2 acres of
the South 4 acres of the Southeast quarter of the North-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 8, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility overhang pur-
poses over, under and across the following described
parcel of land:
The Northerly 3 feet of the Easterly 357.78 feet of the
North 2 acres of the South 4 acres of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
