A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Lublic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GLEN E. BOYLES and
ELIZABETH BLISS BOYLES, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rear
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 53.00 feet
(as measured at right angles to the center line
of Euclid Street) of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The North 66.00 feet of the South half of the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, pages 7 et seq., of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, as the
Westerly portion of said section is shown on a
Map of Survey recorded in Book 28, page 32 of
Record of Surveys in the Office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th -t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of Gener=1 Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
