A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY_COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE PETITION, FOR ANNEXA-
'TION OF A PORTION OF THE SCHOOL
DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING PETITION TO THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
FOR SUCH ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of June, 1963, the Orange
County Boundary Commission did find that the Disney School
Annexation, copy of the description of which is attached to
this resolution marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof, was
definite and certain; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, on or about the 9th day of
December, 1963, the Magnolia School District did petition, by
its verified petition, that the land included in said Disney
School Annexation be annexed to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that said petition is proper and in compliance with Section 35201
of the Government Code of the State of California and that the
City of Anaheim agrees to the annexation of said territory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it petition and request, and it does
hereby petition and request that said Disney School Annexation,
as described in Exhibit "A," be made and accomplished;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
file with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange a
petition, substantially in compliance with the requirements of
Section 35203 of the Government Code of the State of California,
requesting that the territory included in the description,
Exhibit "A," be annexed to the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of December, 1963.

DISNEY SCHOOL ANNEXATION
That parcel of land, located in the County of Orange, State of California,
Beginning at a point in the existing City of Anaheim City Limit line, said point
of beginning being the Southeast corner of the Broadway-Gilbert Annexation to the
City of Anaheim passed by Ordinance No. 1577, May 16, 1961 and filed with the
Secretary of State June 19, 1961, and recorded in the office of the County Re-
corder of Official Records of Orange County, California, June 20,'1961, said
Southeast corner also being the Northeast corner of that parcel of land conveyed
to the Magnolia School District of Orange County, California, a body politic by
the Final Order of Condemnation, recorded February 20, 1956 in Book 3404, page
590 of Official Records of Orange County, California; thence
1. South 0 18' 48" West 664 feet, more or less, leaving the said existing City of
Anaheim City Limit line along a portion of the East line of the land conveyed
to said Magnolia School District to an intersection with a line parallel with
and 30.00 feet Northerly (as measured at right angles) from the Southerly line
of the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.;

2. South 89 51' 05" West 660 feet, more or less, along the last mentioned parallel
line to an intersection with the West line of the land conveyed to the afore
mentioned Magnolia School District, said West line being the West line of the
East haibf of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 18;
thence
3. North 0 18' 54" East 659 feet, more or less, along a portion of the West line
of the land conveyed to said Magnolia School District, being a portion of the
West line of the East half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of said Section 18, to the Northwest corner of said land conveyed to the
Magnolia School District, said Northwest corner also being the Southwest
Tract No. 3055, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 92, pages 17 and 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, said corner also

being a point in the existing City of Anaheim City Limit line as established
by the aforementioned Broadway- Gilbert Annexation; thence
4. North 89 24' 40" East 660 feet, more or less, along the said existing City
of Anaheim City Limit line, also being the North line of the land conveyed to
said Magnolia School District, also being the Southerly line of said Tract
No. 3055, to the point of beginning.
