RESOLUTION NO. 63R -985
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R -875
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63- 64 -27.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on Novem-
ber 5, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R-875 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 63 -64 -27 declaring its intention to change the
property therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL
ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE AND P -1, AUTOMOBILE
PARKING ZONE, as more particularly set forth in said resolu-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a typographical
error was made in describing Portion "B" of the real property
proposed to be reclassified in said proceedings, in that the
word "West" should read "East" in the last phrase of the
description of Portion "B excluding the exception phrase; and
WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that an ordi-
nance has never been adopted completing said reclassification
proceedings and reclassifying said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -675 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63 -64 -27 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending the description of Portion "B" of the
property described in said resolution to read as follows:
The Northerly 382 feet of that portion of the South-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 8,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M. des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel 1 of the
deed to Charles J. Weber, et ux, recorded December 1,
1928, in book 222, page 272, Official Records, records
of Orange County; thence South along the West line
of said Parcel 1, 772 feet more or less, to the South
line of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said section 8; thence West along said South line
85 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of the
land conveyed to Gustave Koenig and wife, by deed
recorded on June 6, 1930, in book 389, page 163,
Official Records of said Orange County; thence North
along the East line of said land conveyed to Koenig
and wife and its Northerly prolongation 772 feet
more or less, to an intersection with the Westerly
prolongation of the North line of said parcel 1 as
described in said deed to Weber and wife; thence
East along said Westerly prolongation of said North
line 85 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the south 40 feet thereof (Lincoln
Ave.)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R -875 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
