A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN R L
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility
purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THE nwFN COMPANY,

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for public utility
purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes
and across those portions of Tract No. 3351,
a Man recorded in Book 110, pages 5, 6 and
laneous Maps, records of Orange County,
described as follows:
The Easterly 3 feet of Lots 2, 3 and 4; the Westerly
3 feet of the Northerly 60 feet of Lot 5, and the
Westerly 3 feet of the Southerly 130 feet of Lot 6.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 50 feet of said
Lot 44.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for cross arms and electric
power line overhang purposes over and across those
portions of said Tract No. 3351 mentioned in Parcel
One.
The Westerly 2 feet of the Easterly 5 fee
2,3 and 4; the Easterly 2 feet of the Wes
5 feet of the Northerly 60 feet of Lot 5;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the

owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
