CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 3.00 feet of that parcel
of land being a portion of Lot 39 of Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a Map of Survey made by William Hanel and
filed in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, a copy of which is shown in Book 3,
pages 163 et seq., entitled "Los Angeles County Maps,"
the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said lot,
distant along said line Southerly 235.00 feet from the
Northwesterly corner of said lot; thence at right angles
Easterly 282.02 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence Northerly along a line parallel with the said
Westerly line to the Northerly line of said lot; thence
Easterly 178.00 feet along said Northerly line; 0thenct
parallel with said Westerly line Southerly 100.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
