Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and are expecting the message. Dear Anaheim City Council, I am writing to express my concerns about transparency and agenda item 10 for today’s city council meeting. The Anaheim City Council needs to demonstrate absolute transparency re the independent investigation's findings of fact and conclusions of law. Otherwise, why spend taxpayer dollars on an investigation and report if the results are not widely disseminated? The systemic corruption uncovered by the FBI investigation of the sale of the stadium and other influence peddling goes far beyond Anaheim's borders. All of Orange County needs to know the truth, wherever the investigation leads. As a retired attorney with ample public sector experience, I can tell you that it is better to first get out all the relevant facts and disclosures than wait until higher authorities such as grand juries or the AG's office assume control of the matter. Thanks for your consideration. Sincerely, Joel Lawrence Block, Esq. \[Retired\] Rossmoor, CA 90720 1
