A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPI'ING AN EASE_NT SEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANA' 1M ERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY
FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro~s of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement and right of way
for street and hi2bwav purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s
to sell and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

South right of way line of Kate11a Avenue 60.00
feet wide as described in a deed recorded in
Book 611, Page 11, Official Records of Orange
County, California; thence a1o~ said South
right of way line N. 890 32' 10 W., 83.07 feet
to a point in said South right of way line
distant 50.00 feet Easterly from the Easterly
tight of way line of Collins Avenue 60.00 feet
wide as described in a deed recorded in Book 618,
page 471, Official Records of said Orange County;
thence S. 480 09' 15" W., 44.57 feet to a line
parallel with and 30.pO feet Southerly from said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
