and across that portion of Lot 1, Block B, Lorelei Tract, as .
per Map thereof recorded in Book 29; page 24, of Miscellaneous
Records. of Los Angeles County, California in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California, described
as follows: .
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Bush Street,
formerly known as South Bush Street, and Lincoln Avenue, formerly
.known as East Center Street as shown on. a Map of Tract 1157,
recorded. in Book 40, page 3~ of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County; thence South 150 28' East along the centerline
of said Bush Street a distance of 60.78 feet;. thence North 740
32' 00" East a distance of 30.00 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave Southeasterly and havi~ a radius of 15 feet, a
radial line bearing South 740 32' 00" West passes through the
point of beginning of said curve; thence Northerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central a~le of 900 02' an arc dis-
tance of 23.57 feet; thence North 150 30' Wes~ a' distance of
45.75 feet to an intersection with the centerline of said Lin-
coln Avenue; thence South 740 30' West along the centerline of
said Lincoln Avenue to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
