RESOLUTION NO. 66R-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement" for road and
Dublic utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BENJAMIN H. DORMAN and
,M.ICE M. DORMAN. husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 42 feet of
the West half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted bI the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of naheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
