RESOLUTION NO. 66R-6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City in accordance with a
certain letter agreement entered into between said owner and
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahe im finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the of fer of ALEX INDERGAND, a widower,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Ca1ifomia, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over
under and across the Northerly 30 feet of the southerly
60 feet <as measured at right angles from the centerline
of Katel1a"Avenue) of the West one (1) acre of the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
