PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across that portion of Lots 17 and 18
of the P. A. Stanton Tract, as per Map thereof recorded
in Book 5, pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of the North-
west quarter of Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & M. with the Westerly prolongation of the'
Northerly line of Lots 66 through 72 of Tract 2653, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 86, pages 47 through 49,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said
West line being the centerline of Magnolia Avenue; thence
North 00 38' 40" West along the centerline of said Mag-
nolia Avenue a distance of 533.67 feet; thence North 890
14' 53" East a distance of 53 feet; thence South 00 38' 40"
East along a line parallel with said centerline of said
Magnolia Avenue a distance of 478.66 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along
said curve through a central angle of 900 03' 01" an
arc distance of 23.57 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 40 feet Northerly as measured at right
angles from said Westerly prolongation of the said North-
erly line of Lots 66 through 72 of said Tract 2653; thence
South 000 41' 41" East a distance of 40 feet to an inter-
section with said Westerly prolongation of the said North-
erly line of Lots 66 through 72, said Tract 2653; thence
South 890 18' 19" West along said Westerly prolongation
of the said Northerly line of Lots 66 through 72, said
Tract 2653, a distance of 68.01 feet to the point of begin-
ning.

PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under and across the Southerly 40 feet as
measured at right angles from the Westerly prolongation
of the Northerly line of said Lots 66 through 72 of Tract
2653 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 86, pages 47
through 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, of the Easterly 71.17 feet of said Lot 18, P. A.
Stanton Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 5, pages 23
and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps., records of said Orange
County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim, be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owner or owners of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum.of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is allproved and signed by
