RESOLUTION NO, 66R-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purch&si.ng the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easemf;!lnt for road and
public utility purposes ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BYRON A. DAHL and LUETTA
DAHL. husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 4 of the Orchard Park Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 6 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of said Orange County, described .as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of West
South Street and Harbor Boulevard, formerly known as South
Palm Street, as shown on a Map of Tract 3492, recorded in
Book 128, pa2es 1,,4 and 15 of said Miscellaneous Maps; thence
South 150 19Y 10 East along the center line of said Harbor
Boulevard a distance of 212.93 feet to an intersection with
the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of the
Southerly 125 feet of said Lot 4; thence South 740 40' 50"
West a distance of 45 feet; thence North 150 19' 10" West
along a line parallel with said center line of Harbor Boule-
vard a distance of 167.73 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve through a
central angle of 900 11' 10" an arc distance of 23.61 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and 30 feet
Southerly as measured at right angles from the center line
of West South Street; thence North 150 30' 20" West a distance
of 30 feet to an intersection with the center line of said
West South Street; thence North 740 29' 40" East along the
center line of said West South Street a distance of 60.15
feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
