RESOLUTION NO, 66R-87
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Dublic utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GELERT RICHARD RAMAGE, JR.
and NANCY DODGE RAMAGE.. husband and wife.. and FRED C.. MELLO and
MARGIE T. MELLO. husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility DurDoses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 32.00 feet, as measured at right angles
to the center line of West Street, of that portion of Section
4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M., described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Lot 10 of Miles
Rancho, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, distant
thereon North 00 10' 00" West 767.94 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Lot 10, said Southwest corner being the inter-
section of the center lines of the road shown on Licensed
Surveyor's Map filed in Book 1, page 55 of Record of Surveys
in the office of the Countl Recorder of said Orange County,
and running thence South 0 10' 00" East along said West line,
68 feet to the Northeast corner of the land conveyed to
Everett J. Martinez by deed filed November 21, 1946 as Docu-
ment No. 14392 in the office of the Registrar of Titles of
said Orange County; thence North 890 04' 00" West, along the
North line of said land conveyed to Martinez 206.18 feet;
thence North 00 10' 00" West parallel with said West line of
Lot 10, 43.40 feet; thence Northeasterlr. 58 feet, more or less,
to a point which bears North 890 04' 00 I West 153 feet from
the point of beginning; thence South 890 04' 00" East 153
feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
