A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HOMER C. GUTTRIDGE and
MAlmE GllTTRmGE, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 28, Anaheim Extension, as
shown on a Map of Survey made by William. Hamel and filed in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, a copT, of which is shown in Book 3, page 163
et seq, entitled 'Los Angeles County Maps" in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Harbor
Boulevard with the centerline of Ball Road as shown on a Map
filed in Book 10, page 38 of Record of Surveys in the office
of tlE County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South
890 46' 30" West along the centerline of said Ball Road a
distance of 144.33 feet; thence North 160 56' 30" West a
distance of 55.34 feet; thence North 890 46' 30" East a dis-
tance of 96.35 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence
Easterly and Northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 780 39' 00" an arc distance of 34.32 feet; thence
tangent to said curve North 110 07' 30" East a distance of
193.53 feet; thence North 890 46' 30" East a distance of
54.06 feet to the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard; thence
South 110 07' 30" West along the said centerline of said
Harbor Boulevard a distance of 268.07 feet to the point of
beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
