A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A QUIT-
CLAIM DEED COVERING A PORTION OF THE
ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, in connection with the condemnation of
certain real property for the Anaheim Convention Center,
it became necessary to compromise, through trustees ap-
pointed in a class action, the claims of certain trust deed
and other lienholders; and .
WHEREAS, said compromise was accomplished with the
approval of the Superior Court of the State of California,
in and for the County of Los Angeles, in Los Angeles Superior
Court suit No. 824,749, entitled. "Emma N. Lombardi, et ale
vs. Capitol Estates 11, Inc., etc., et a1."; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds it to be in the best interests of the City of Anaheim
to accept that certain Quitclaim Deed ordered to be drawn as
part of said compromise.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City 01 Anaheim t~t it accept, and it does hereby
accept,. that certain Quitclaim Deed executed in favor of the
City of Anaheim by H. 1. Rathbun and Lynn S. AtkinsOD, as
Trustees, and Georgia E. Rathbun and Alice Atkinson, their
wives.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be
and she is hereby authorized and directed to. cause said Quit-
claim Deed to be recorded.
