RESOLUTION NO. 66R- 43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF AN
EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY TO TIlE COUNTY OF
ORANGE FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES; AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAID GRANT OF
EASEMENT .
WHEREAS the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
hereinafter described real property; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange is desirous of obtain-
ing an easement and right of way for street and highway purposes
in, on and over said real property; and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for
municipal purposes.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council
of the City ot Anaheim that there be, and there is hereby
granted to the. County of Orange a perpetual easement and right
of way for street and highway purposes in, on and over the
real property in the County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
The South 23.00 feet of the North 53.00 feet,
of the East 130.00 feet of the Northwest
quarter, of the Northwest quarter of Fractional
Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.M., per map recorded in Book 51, Page 10,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Easement Deed
granting to the County of Orange a perpetual easement and
right of way for street and highway purposes in, on and over
the real property hereinabove described.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of January, 1966.
