A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPER'IY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of R. S. HOYT, JR. and
BARBARA C. HOYT, husband and wife; R. S. HOYT and THEL L. HOYT.
husband and wife. and RAYMOND RUNO. an unmarried man.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
Dub1ic uti1itv DurDoses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lots H, I, M and N of Boege's
Addition to the City of Anaheim, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 3, pages 2 and 3 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot M of said Boege's
Addition to the City of Anaheim; thence South 150 36' 23"
East along the East line of said Lot M, a distance of 10.25
feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 740 22' 00"
West a distance of 110.93 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Westerly and Southerlr. along said curve through a
central angle of 1220 03' 37 I an arc distance of 31.96 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and 45 feet
Easterly as measured at right angles from the center line of
Manchester Avenue; thence South 470 41' 37" East tangent to
said curve a distance of 252.82 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
8,045 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 10 14' 24" an arc distance of
174.11 feet to an intersection with the Southerly line of
said Lot I; thence South 740 22' 00" West a distance of 5.82
feet to the existing Easterly right of way line of said
Manchester Avenue, 80 feet wide; thence South 430 31' 30"
West a distance of 40 feet to the center line of said
Manchester Avenue, said point also being on the arc of a

curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
8,000 feet a radial line to said curve bears South
430 31' 30h West; thence Northeasterly and Northwest-
erly aloefi said curve through a central angle of
10 13' 07 an arc distance of 170.14 feet. thence
North 470 41' 37" West a distance of 349.40 feet to
the center line intersection of Manchester Avenue
and Center Street; thence North 740 22' 00" East
along the center line of Center Street, a distance of
213.06 feet; thence South 150 36' 23" East a distance
of 35 feet to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying within the
existing right of way of Center Street.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying within the
existing right of way of Manchester Avenue.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
