RESOLUTION NO, 66R-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1M ACCEPrING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Dub1ic utility ~urposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha-!-- offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of OLIVER A. JACKSON. D.C.,
a married man. as his sole and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utilitv Durooses
, and more particularly described as follows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 1, Tract 1758, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 53, pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Ball Road
with the centerline of Claremont Street, as shown on the Map
of said Tract 1758; thence South 00 13' 40" East a distance
of 67.88 feet; thence South 890 46' 20" West a distance of
30.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly
and ba ving a radius of 15.00 feet, a radial line bearing North
890 46' 20" East passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 890 50' 45" an arc distance of
23.52 feet; thence South 890 55' 35" West to an intersection
with the Westerly~boundary line of Lot 1, said Tract 1758;
thence Northerly along a portion of the Westerly boundary of
said Lot 1 and Northerly prolongation thereof a distance of
53.00 feet to..an intersection with the centerline of said
Ball Road; thence North 890 55' 35" East along said center-
line of Ball Road to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description the centerline of Clare-
mont Street is assumed to be the East line, and the center-
line of Ball Road is assumed to be the North line, of the
above parcel of land.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City.of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
