A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING A ORAl DE"
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANA 1M RTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUClION
AND MAINTENANCE OF STORM DRAIN EQUIPMENT AND
CURB RETURN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous o~ purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for the ~onAtru~tion
..and maintenance of storm drain eq)14tment and curb return ;

WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANK M BELL and JEAN
G. BELL, husband and wife, and POPE HILBURN and RU'liI C. HILBURN,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for the con-
struction and maintenance of storm drain eauioment and curb
return , and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the construction and maintenance of storm drain
equipment and curb return over, under and across that portion
of Lot 3, tract No. 11, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10,
page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of the land con-
veyed to Frank M. Bell et aI, by deed recorded December 6,
1963 in Book 6832, page 614 of Official Records of said
County, distant Northerly 16.00 feet, measured along said
Easterly line, from the Southeast corner thereof; thence
Southerly along said Easterly line, 31.00 feet; thence
Westerly, parallel to the South line of said land of Bell,
31.00 feet; thence Northeasterly 43.19 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning. -

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
