A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1M ACCE prING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real sroperty
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for roa alid
Dub1ic utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WILMA LUHRING MILLER, a
widow,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
Dublic utility DUrDOSeS
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes.over,
under and across that portion of Lot 29 of Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a Map made by WID. Hamel and filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 29, said
Southwest corner being the intersection of the centerline
of Ball Road, with the centerline of West Street; thence
North 890 55 50" East along the centerline of Ball Road
a distance of 251.66 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing North 890 55' 50" East along said center-
line of said Ball Road a distance of 71.51 feet; thence
North 000 04' 10" West a distance of 53.00 feet; thence
South 890 55' 50" West a distance of 71.51 feet; thence
South 000 04' 10" East a distance of 53.00 feet to the
true point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion lying within that right of
way previously conveyed to the State of California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
