RESOLUTION NO. 69R -113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
64R -456 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 63 -64 -100.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 23, 1964 adopt Resolution No. 64R -456 in Reclassifi-
caton Proceedings No. 63 -64 -100 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed
from R A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C 1, NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 8 of said resolution reads
"8. (a) That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be con-
structed along the west property line; and
(b) that a bond in an amount and form satisfac-
tory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted
with the City to guarantee the construction
of said wall."
AND, WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has
requested that said condition be deleted from Resolution No.
64R -456, inasmuch as the property to the west of subject
property has been changed to C -1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request
should be granted and that said Condition No. 8 should be de-
leted from Resolution No. 64R -456; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of
zone and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -456 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63 -64 -100 be, and the same is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 8.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 64R -456 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of March, 1969.
