A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF POLES AND ELECTRIC POWER
LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of pure has i.ng the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for the instal-
lati"on and maintenance of poles and electric power lines ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CitI of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for the instal-
lation and maintenance of poles and electric power lines
, and more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet wide in the north-
east quarter of the southeast quarter of
Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Co~tes, City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, per map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County,
the east line of said strip is described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the west half
of the east half of the northeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of said Section 7, said corner
being on ttie north line of said southeast quarter,
as said north line is shown on a map filed in book
35, page 20 of Record of Surveys in the Office of
said County Recorder, said corner also being distant
S. 890 291 48" W., 330.18 feet along said north line
from the northeast corner of said southeast quarter;
thence S. 00 361 03" E., 1192 feet, more or less,
along the east line of said west half to the south
line of the land described as "Parcell" in the
Final Judgment of Condemnation recorded October 4,
1948 in Book 957, page 131 of Official Records in
the Office of said County Recorder.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
