FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of JOSEPH A. SEVMQUR
and FRANCES L. SEYMOUR, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 53 feet, as measured at
right angles to the centerline of Ball Road, of that
parcel of land described as follows:
Lot 2 of Tract 2839, as per Map recorded in Book 85,
pages 9 to 15, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
For the purpose of this description, the centerline of
Ball Road is assumed to be the southerly line of said
Lot 2.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
