A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND. PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easem~nt for road and
public utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CitI of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CHARLES LEVY and IDA
P. LEVY. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange.
'State of California, to be used for an easement for road
linn Puhlic utility purpoaes
, and more particularly described a8 ~oltOW8:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 45 feet of Lot 4, Tract
No. 416, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 15, Page 40
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
For the purpose of this description the Westerly line
of said Lot 4 is assumed to be the centerline of Harbor
Boulevard.

.be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of. Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
