A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A HT D~
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF A 1M TAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
piflic utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CitI of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HENRY B. WESSELN and
THELMA M. WESSELN. husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
puhlic utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the westerly 32.00 feet, as measured at
right angles from the centerline of Webster Street, of the
following described parcel of land:
Lot 9 of Tract 787, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 24,
page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
For the purpose of this description the centerline of
Webster Street is assumed to be the westerly line of said
Lot 9.

bet and the same is herebYt accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheimt and that ~he City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim bet and he is herebYt authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real propertYt out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheimt the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
