RESOLUTION NO. 66R-135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPrING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easem~nt for road and
public utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CitI of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of H. FAY DONALDSON and
ROY DONALDSON. wife and husband.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Vineyard Lot H-6, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Harbor Boule-
vard and South Street; thence North 150 21' 25" West along
the center line of said Harbor Boulevard 124.32 feet; thence
at right angles to said center line of Harbor Boulevard,
45 feet to a point on a line that is parallel with and
distant 45 feet Westerly of said center line; thence South
150 21' 2511 East along said parallel line, 79.50 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 15 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 890 491 35"
an arc distance of 23.52 feet to a point on a line that is
parallel with and distant 30 feet Northerly of the center
line of South Street; thence South 150 21' 2511 East, 30
feet to a point on the center line of said South Street,
said point being South 740 28' 1011 Westa 59.91 feet from
the point of beginning; thence North 74 28' lOll East,
59.91 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of February , 19 66 .
