RESOLUTION NO. 66R-1~a
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 801
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did initiate and propose the granting of a conditional
use permit to establish an existing service station as a con-
forming use in a C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, within 75 feet
of a residential zone, on the following described property
situated in the City of Anaheillli, : County of orange, State of
California, to wit:
Lot 1, Tract 3370, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 144, pages 7 and 8 of Miscellaneous Maps
records of orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM those portions lying within
the right of way of State College Boulevard and
P1acentia Avenue.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City.of Anaheim upon
said application on .~, 19 66 , notices of which
said public hearing ~as required by law and .the
provisions of Title 18, Chapter le.76 of the Anaheim MUnicipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, inves-
tigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf attd after
due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said
hearing did adopt its Resolution No. 1912 Series 1965-66
Irantina Conditional Use Permit No. 801

WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty-two (22) days from
the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council
did elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City
Planning Commission in arantini said conditional use permit
and did thereupon fix the ~ day of ~b~ll ' 19 66 ,
as the time and the Counci"'L"CIiiDi'Der in the ty of the City
of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said condition-
al use permit, and notices of such public hearing were duly given
as required by ~aw and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and

WHEREAS, at tbe time and place fixed for said public
bearing$ tbe City Counci1'did duly bold and conduct such hear-
ing and did give all persons interes~ed therein 'an opportunity
to be beard and did r~ceive evidence and ',r!!ports j. and
WHEREAS, tbe City Council finds, after careful con-
sideration of tbe recommendations of tbe City Planning Commis-
sion and all evidence and reports offered at said bearing,

use, ls adequate to.al1ow the fu 1 development of
th~. pr~posed use in a manner not detrimental to
the particular area nQr to the peace, health,
safety and general welfare.
The traffic generated by the'proposed use will not
impose an undue burden upon ~he streets and high-
ways designed and improved to c.arrythe ~raffic in
the area.

NOW. THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ,the City 'Council of
tbe City of Anaheim that the action of tbe CitI Planning Com-
mis8ion 2ranti~ said Conditional Ule Pe~ t be"and the
lame i8 hereby sustained, and that Conditional Use Permit
No. 801, be, and-ehe same is hereby',' granted pemitting
the estamihment of an existing service station as a con-
forming use in a C-l, GENERAL C<HmRCIAL ZONE, within 75 feet
of a residential zone, on the property hereinbefore described.
The City Council hereby reserves the right to
revoke such Conditional Use Permit for good cause or failure
of said owner, its successors or assigns to comply with the
Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 23rd day of February, 1966.
