A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCE prING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasi.ng the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
p~blic utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOAN HEUER. a married
woman. as her sole and separate property. an undivided one-half
interest, and MARION ROLAND. a married woman. as her sole and
separate pro~erty. an undifiided one-half interest.

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purooses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northeasterly 5 feet of that portion of Lot 1
of Helen & Lynch1s Subdivision as per Map recorded in
Book 442, page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of the State
Highway, as described in Parcell in Deed recorded September 23,
1935 in Book 780, page 108 of Official Records, North 470 391
06" West 24.61 feet from the intersection of said Southwesterly
line with the Easterly line of said Lot 1. thence South 770
591 00" West 130.00 feet; thence North 47& 391 06" West 240.00
feet parallel with said Southwesterly line; thence North 770
591 00" East 130.00 feet to said Southwesterly line; thence
South 470 391 06" East along said Southwesterly line 240.00
feet to the point of beginning.
Said land is shown on a Map filed in Book 19, page 2 of
Record of Surveys, in the office of said Orange County
Recorder.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that ~he City of Anaheim accept a convey~
ance of said pr,operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
