RESOLUTION NO. 66R-108
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM AEROC,
INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF A
"REQUEST FOR FULL RECONVEYANCE."
WHEREAS, in connection with the settlement of that
certain action in eminent domain entitled, "City of Anaheim
v. Aeroc, Inc., et a1.," being Orange County Superior Court
Case No. 123305 (the authorization for the settlement of
which has heretofore been made), Aeroc, Inc. has tendered to
the City of Anaheim its Corporation Grant Deed covering
Parcel 33 as described in said action, as well as a Request
for Full Reconveyance, and the original Note and Deed of Trust
executed by the beneficiaries thereof, Randall R. Bivens and
Roselynne).. Bivens; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has delivered to said
Aeroc, Inc., the consideration agreed upon in the settlement
of said ac'tion in eminent domain, and the City Council finds
that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
place said Grant Deed and said Request for Full Reconveyance
upon record in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby
accept, the Corporation Grant Deed of Aeroc, Inc. in favor
of the City of Anaheim and the Request for Full Reconveyance
executed by the beneficiaries, Randall R. Bivens and Roselynne
A. Bivens.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she hereby is authorized and directed to cause the fore-
going documents to be recorded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 8th day of February, 1966.
