66-107 - RESOLUTION NO. 66R-107 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R-890 IN RECLASSIfiCATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 65-66-51. WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on November 30, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R-890 in Reclassi- fication Proceedings No. 65-66-51 finding and determining that the property and area therein described should be ~hangea from R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R-1, ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and C-1, GENEBAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, as.more iarticu1ar1y set forth in said resolution and upon the cond tioDs therein set forth; and WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested that Condition No.3 of Resolution No. 65R-890, which requires the dedicat ion of a strip of land 33 feet in width from the center line of the street, along Lincoln Avenue, for street widening purposes, be deleted, inasmuch as it will not be neces- sary to provide for on-street parkins along the south side of Lincoln Avenue for the C-1 property (Parcel 3), and the north- ern half width of Lincoln Avenue has been dedicated to 34 feet; and . . WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the Development Ser- vices Department have requested that certain of the other conditfbns contained in said resolution be amended or clari- fied; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution No. 65R-890 should be amended by substituting the conditions here- inafter set forth for those conditions now contained in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an ordinance has never been aCiopted directing said change..,af zones and completing said reclassification proceedings. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 01 Anaheim tlwt Resolution No. 65R-890 in Reclassi- fication Proceedings No. 65-66-51, be, and the same is hereby amended by substituting the following conditions for those now contained in said resolution: 3. That a final tract map of Parcel 1 of subject property shall be submitted to the City Council for approval and recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder. That a final tract map of Parcel 2 of subject prop- erty shall be submitted to the City Council for approval and recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder. That "No parking" signs shall be installed along Lincoln Avenue in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer. 1. . 2. .- -1- 65-66-51 . ,-, 4. (a) That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along Lincoln Avenue and Villareal Drive, abutting Parcel 3, including preparation of improve- ment plans and installation of all improvements, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and Paving, drainage facilities, or other appurte- nant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer; and (b) that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anahe~ shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said engineering requirements. That the owner of subject prQPerty shall pal to' the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, along Lincoln Avenue and Villareal Drive, abutting Parcel 3, for street lighting purposes. That the owner of subj ect property liha11 pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of l5~ per front foot along Lincoln Avenue and Villareal Drive, abutting Parcel 3, for tree planting purposes. 5. 6. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division of Parcel 3 of subject property shall be submitted to the City of Anaheim for approval ,and then recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder'. That trash storage areas shall be provided for Par- cel 3 in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Super- intendent of Streets, prior to final building inspec- tion. 9. That fire hydrants shall be installed for Parcel 3 as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final building inspection. 10. That any air conditioning facilities' located on Parcel 3 shall be properly shielded from view from abutting streets. 11. That Conditions Nos. 3, 4(b), 5, 6 and 7, above- mentioned shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant.
