69R-050A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
RESOLUTION NO. 69R 50
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ELLIOT R. FINE and SHIRLEY
FINE, husband and wife; SIDNEY J. DUNITZ and CONSTANCE W. DUNITZ,
husband and wife; J. W. McMICHAEL and MABLE JANE MCMICHAEL, husband
and wife; and ROBERT M. CROSS and JUDI'T'H K. CROSS, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as per Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning in the Northwest corner of Lot 23, Tract 6691, recorded in
Book 250, pages 20 and 21 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; thence North 1 01' 11" West a distance of 184.97
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and
having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly and Northeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 89° 59' 11" an arc distance of
39.26 feet; thence South 88° 58' 00" West a distance of 54.98 feet;
thence South 1 01' 11" East a distance of 209.98 feet, more or less;
thence North 88° 58' 00" East a distance of 30 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as per Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning in the Northeast corner of Lot 22, Tract 6691, recorded in
Book 250, pages 20 and 21 of Miscellaneous maps, records of Orange
County; thence North 1 01' 11" West a distance of 184.97 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius
of 25 feet; thence Northerly and Northwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 90° 00' 49" an arc distance of 39.28 feet; thence
North 88° 58' 00" East a distance of 55.02 feet; thence South 1 01'
11" East a distance of 209.98 feet, more or less; thence South 88
58'00" West a distance of 30 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
