A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of NEALY A. ROSCOM and
LILLY M ROSCOM, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utilitv,purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 45 feet, as
measured at right angles to the centerline of Har-
bor Boulevard, of Lot 14, Block "D" of Tract 365,
Hess Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 15, page 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the Westerly
line of said Lot 14 is assumed to be the center-
line of Harbor Boulevard.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of January 19 69
